So, we stayed at this place for a couple of nights. The employees seemed kinda lost and the shuttle was unreliable, which was a pain. Our room had stains on the carpet and just felt dingy. The free breakfast wasn't bad, though! Just wish the service was better overall.

Clean and comfortable room with succulent organic chicken on the menu. However, issues with shuttle availability were frustrating. upon arrival at 5 PM, all morning shuttles were fully booked except for an inconvenient time. Gina, the general manager, truly excelled by arranging a Lyft, showing exceptional service during a stressful situation.

The location is incredibly close to the airport, and the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, I had long waits for the shuttle, which was frustrating, especially when I received incorrect pickup info. Staff could be more attentive at times, but the overall experience was decent.
